Vietri products began with a trip to Italy in 1983 when a mother and her two daughters fell in love with the hand painted dishes being used in their hotel. What began with the question of where they might find these things to bring back to the United States, has today grown into a company employing over one hundred and forty artisans from Italy. These talented artists create the ceramic dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and decorative pieces that are handcrafted using centuries-old techniques, and the classic Italian design elements which reflect the heritage of their individual regions in Italy. The commitment to quality is apparent in every piece.
